Wilson Parking has agreed to sell the leases of three of its Wellington carparks after legal proceedings were filed by the Commerce Commission.
The Commission went to the High Court in 2018 with a case against the company, which alleged price hikes and lack of competition.
Wilson agreed to divest the leases to three parking buildings to resolve the proceedings.
