NZ motor racing great Greg Murphy takes in Bathurst from afar.

It's a big weekend for Australasian petrol heads, with the running of the iconic Bathurst One-Thousand motor race in New South Wales. Sunday's V8 Supercars event - known as the "Great Race" - will once again feature a host of New Zealand drivers, including defending champion Scott McLaughlin. One Kiwi great who won't be there because of quarantine restrictions is four-time champion Greg Murphy, who has either raced or commentated at the Mount Panorama circuit for each of the last 27 years.
