Napier businesses discharging too many pollutants

Half of the firms in Napier allowed to discharge pollutants into the city's waste water system breached agreed limits in the past year. They include well-known brands such as AFFCO, Mission Estate and Church Road wineries and bStudio, which brews beer for Garage Project. But as Anusha Bradley reports, Napier City Council is refusing to reveal who the worst and repeat offenders are, saying naming and shaming will do more harm than good.
