A Hawke's Bay doctor who has been publicly censured in the UK for faking a qualification, can never be identified in New Zealand.
She was also allowed to continue working in New Zealand, while suspended from working in the UK for nine months.
She was later suspended for one month in here by the Health Practitioners Disciplinary Tribunal, and granted permanent name suppression.
