New Zealanders could be holidaying in the Cook Islands by the end of the year.
That's according to the Cooks Prime Minister Mark Brown, who says that the formal arrangements for a travel bubble are in place.
If that sounds familiar, it's because we've been here before.
The two countries were poised to open up to one another before the virus reared its head in Auckland in August.
