The National Party's housing policy is getting the seal of approval from social housing and real estate groups, but its messaging is also getting some heat.
The party wants to scrap the Resource Management Act and allow state house tenants to buy their home through a rent to own or shared equity scheme.
While that's being welcomed, claims the Labour led Government failed to deliver on housing in the last term are being rubbished.
