The Electoral Commission has confirmed it's investigating complaints that anti-euthanasia flyers have been found in EasyVote envelopes.
The EasyVote pack is sent out by the commission.
It contains an EasyVote card, candidates for the electorate the recipient is in, contact details from the returning officer, and official information on the referendums.
But the commission says it has received more than one complaint that a pack also contained publicity material from anti-euthanasia group Vote Safe.
No-one was available from the commission to comment this morning.
