A burger bar owner in Auckland says he doesn't know how he'll pay thousands of dollars in rent arrears to his landlord.
Today, the government decides whether the city moves to Alert Level 1 at 11.59pm on Wednesday 7 October.
It has already agreed, in principle, to move the city down to Level 1.
But Sha Reubin, who owns Burgz Burgers in the once bustling Elliot Stables food court, told reporter Amy Williams any alert level easing will be too late because he has been served notice to pay up or move out by the end of next week.
