New Zealand Rugby says it has email proof that shows it never agreed for the Rugby Championship to finish as late as 12 December.
Some media outlets had reported that they had leaked minutes from a SANZAAR meeting showing the schedule was signed off by all parties - including New Zealand Rugby.
NZR has continued to deny it agreed to the draw for the six-week competition.
