North Shore residents demand information on second harbour crossing plans

North Shore local board members are demanding to know what has been agreed for a second harbour crossing.

Planning and location work is underway with a tunnel identified by Auckland Mayor Phil Goff as the most likely option.

Twelve members of Devonport-Takapuna and Kaipātiki Local Boards have penned an open letter calling on Waka Kotahi, Auckland Transport and Auckland Council to reveal design work and expected build dates.
