Violence mars protests and demonstrations in Louisville

From Morning Report, 7:36 am on 25 September 2020

Protests are continuing for a second day in the United States after the grand jury decision in the Breonna Taylor case. Clashes between police and demonstrators broke out in Louisville overnight, resulting in two officers being shot and injured, while there have been marches and demonstrations in other cities. Protestors have reacted angrily to the decision not to charge three officers directly with the killing of Ms Taylor, a 26-year-old African American hospital worker who was shot in her Louisville home, during a botched police raid in March. USA Today reporter Grace Hauck speaks to Susie Ferguson.
