Taranaki to defend Ranfurly Shield against Otago

This weekend fans will be back on the side lines as the Taranaki Bulls defend the Ranfurly Shield against Otago.

In the first live sports event since much of the country moved to Level 1, up to 2500 punters are expected to line the stands at Inglewood's TET Stadium.

The Bulls are defending the shield which they won from Canterbury last weekend.

Laurie Mains is a former All Blacks coach and was the Otago coach from 1984-1991 and Graham Mourie is a Former All Black Captain and played for Taranaki from 1975 to 1982.
