Business owners who rely on crowds are so keen to open their doors that they're willing to jump through whatever hoops the government throws at them, including getting staff tested.
The Government's latest Covid-19 testing strategy has a focus on surveillance testing for hospitality, tourism and transport workers who are likely to be in close contact with holidaying Aucklanders.
