The head of an authorised seatbelt repair firm says he's seen some dangerous seatbelt repairs. The Transport Agency has rushed in more powers to catch out dodgy seatbelt repairs.
Autosafe of Christchurch is the only firm in New Zealand authorised to repair seatbelt webbing.
Its head, Doug Pflaum, told Phil Pennington he's seen all manner of repair jobs.
