Covid-19: Melbourne case rates continue to plummet

Victoria's rates of Covid-19 continue to plummet.

The Australian state recorded 11 new cases and two deaths on Monday and are on an eleven day streak of less than 50 new infections.

Those results are prompting calls to re-think the state of Victoria's Road Map out of lockdown but Premier Daniel Andrews warns that safety must guide the process.

He says although it's tempting, Victoria has to stay the course to beat the virus.
