A man who tested positive for Covid-19 nearly a week after leaving managed isolation could have had an unusually long incubation of the virus.
The man flew to Christchurch from India on the 27 August, and cleared two negative tests before ending his 14 days and returning home to Auckland.
He developed symptoms 21 days after he landed in New Zealand.
His wife and child have also tested positive.
