New Zealand cyclist Sam Bewley is unsure if the mental or physical pain is worse after crashing out of his debut Tour de France.
Bewley fractured his wrist in a mass crash 100-kilometres into yesterday's tenth stage and has been forced to abandon the race.
A gutted Bewley spoke to RNZ's Joe Porter from Spain.
