From Monday gatherings of more than six people will be banned in the United Kingdom.
The UK government is vowing to enforce the new regulations thoroughly, as well as step up their act on its existing Covid-19 rules.
The move comes after a steep rise in coronavirus cases in recent weeks, a spike which officials say is being propelled by people in their twenties and thirties.
