Keep New Zealand Beautiful, which has been encouraging tidy Kiwis for 50 years, is being forced to scale back because the Government has cut its grant due to Covid-19 funding pressures.
The organisation says its work is more important than ever at the time when the pandemic is creating new sources of litter.
