Jacob Blake, the young black man shot in the back multiple times in Winsconsin last month, says it hurts to breathe.
From his hospital bed he has said he's in constant pain since the attack two weeks ago. Blake's injuries are likely to leave him paralysed from the waist down.
The new video from his hospital bed was released by his lawyer.
