Christchurch mosque shooting: Sister of victim calls brother a hero

The sister of Christchurch terror attack victim Hussein Al-Umari says she is coming to terms with being the youngest child in the family - to becoming the only child.

Al-Umari, who moved to New Zealand in 1997, died at Masjid Al Noor on 15 March, 2019.

He is described as a hero by his sister Aya Al-Umari - who read out a victim impact statement the sentencing of the gunman Brenton Tarrant at the High Court in Christchurch yesterday.
