Universities imposing NDAs over sexual harrassment, bullying

At least a dozen non-disclosure agreements over sexual harassment and bullying complaints have been imposed by New Zealand universities in the last decade.

The information, accessed under the Official Information Act, has been released by a group of university staff and students who want a register of these agreements to be kept.
