Covid-19: Cook Islands close borders again

The re-emergence of Covid-19 in the community here led to the Cook Islands closing their borders, and bursting hopes of a travel bubble between the two countries. It's scuttled the hopes that the Cook Islands' crucial tourism industry would be able to restart soon. Fletcher Melvin is the head of the Cook Islands Chamber of Commerce, and the country's Private Sector Taskforce for Covid-19 He joins speaks to Corin Dann from Rarotonga.
