Emma Mellow has been chosen to be the National Party's new candidate for Auckland Central but admits she will have to work hard to get known in the electorate.
Mellow replaces former Deputy National Party leader and sitting MP Nikki Kaye awho nnounced in July she would leave Parliament at next month's election.
