Covid-19: Hong Kong hit by third wave of infections

Hong Kong was lauded for its handling of the Covid-19 pandemic until relatively recently. In what's becoming a cautionary tale, the city now finds itself dealing with a third wave of infections.

The government says it will delay forthcoming elections for a year in response.
