Pasifika doctors say a measles vaccination campaign is years overdue - and could have prevented last year's epidemic if it had been done on time.
The government is due to announce details of how it plans to find and vaccinate the hundreds of thousands of 15-30 year olds who may not have had all their jabs.
More than 2000 people contracted measles in last year - even though the disease was "officially" eliminated in 2017.
