From Morning Report, 8:26 am on 22 July 2020

The operator of Dreamworld has been charged over the 2016 tragedy that killed four people when the Thunder River Rapids ride malfunctioned at the Gold Coast theme park.

A New Zealand woman - 42-year-old Cindy Low - and three other people died almost instantly when their raft collided with another and overturned, crushing them.

A coroner's inquiry later found there were "unfathomable" errors with safety at the theme park.
