WHO unveils Kiwi-made digital health worker 'Florence'

The World Health Organisation's first digital health worker has been designed by New Zealanders.

Over the weekend the WHO introduced Florence - an AI robotic resource to combat Covid-19 misinformation and support smokers to quit.

Its the work of Soul Machines in Auckland and the way its designed means every interaction with Florence is unique.
