A chartered flight carrying 30 deportees will arrive in New Zealand from Australia this week.
The government has set up a dedicated isolation facility but the location has not be revealed in order to protect the deportees' privacy.
The forced return of New Zealand citizens from Australia was put on hold during lockdown for Covid-19.
Megan Woods is the minister in charge of managed isolation facilities.
