When the Christchurch Town Hall swung open its doors for the first time since lockdown yesterday, in marched thousands of New Zealand Army Band fans.
The musicians found new fame worldwide in April when they used Facebook videos to perform from different isolation bubbles.
Yesterday's capacity crowd was eager for more.
