Labour Party business loan scheme lacking - advocate

From Morning Report, 8:20 am on 6 July 2020

An advocate small business says that Labour's plan to extend a loan scheme misses the mark.

The plan, announced yesterday at the Labour congress, would extend the progamme which offers small and medium businesses loans of between $10,000 and $100,000, with no interest charged if the loan is repaid within a year.

Around $1.5 billion has already been handed out.
