US President Donald Trump's been rage tweeting overnight. He's calling the reports that Russia put a bounty on US soldiers lives in Afghanistan "just another HOAX".
Another tweet says he will veto an amendment to change the names of military bases, such as Fort Bragg.
He's also taking aim at Joe Biden, saying the presumptive Democratic nominee was reading the answers from a teleprompter at a media conference.
