Principals worried over border closure's effect on teacher recruitment

Principals want an exemption for foreign teachers because they are worried the Covid-19 border restrictions will leave them short-staffed next year.

They say there is no guarantee the lack of overseas staff will be balanced out by returning New Zealand teachers.
