NZ won't have to open up to EU travellers - EU rep

The EU's representative in New Zealand says we won't have to open up to European tourists in order to be able to travel to the EU.

Yesterday we reported New Zealanders will be allowed to enter European Union countries from today.

Overnight the European Union finalised these plans to open their borders to 14 countries.

There has been a question mark over New Zealand's lack of reciprocity.
