Kiwis taking advantage of new EU rules should pay for isolation - Winston Peters

New Zealanders will be allowed to enter European Union countries from tomorrow.

The EU is reopening its external borders after a prolonged closure, and it has just named 14 countries deemed safe for visitors to come from.

Border controls have already been lifted for EU citizens travelling inside the bloc.
