National Party health spokesperson Michael Woodhouse says he stands by his decision to go public with a story of a homeless man sneaking into a managed isolation facility.
The Ministry of Health has investigated the claims and found no evidence of the man and the minister in charge of managed isolation, Megan Woods, has written to Woodhouse to ask for proof.
Woodhouse told Morning Report he was still talking to people about the story, but he doesn't regret going public with it, saying the government must think there is some truth to the claim too if they worked so hard to investigate it.
He speaks to Corin Dann.
