US Supreme Court recognises rights of LGBTQ workers

From Morning Report, 7:12 am on 16 June 2020

The ruling means the Civil Rights Act of 1964 also protects gay and transgender employees from discrimination.

The three to six verdict is the biggest victory for the LGBTQ community since the court upheld marriage equality in 2015.
