Most Pacific island countries have now completely sealed themselves off from the outside world in an attempt to stop the spread of the coronavirus.
.Their leaders admit they would struggle to cope if an outbreak occurs in their populations.
So far five Pacific countries or territories have confirmed cases of Covid-19.
