Covid-19: Struggling Chinese businesses hope for help

Struggling Chinese businesses in Auckland hit hard by the coronavirus are hoping to get a slice of the government's massive wage subsidy package.

Employers who can prove their revenue has dropped by 30 percent can get $585 a week for evety full time worker and $350 for part-timers.

The subsidy is available for 12 weeks.
