Schools are cancelling class trips overseas because of travel restrictions and insurance problems related to the Covid-19 pandemic.
Many schools have been trying to decide what to do about trips that leave in the next month or two to destinations in Europe and North and South America.
Richard Dykes from the Auckland Secondary Principals Association told RNZ education correspondent, John Gerritsen, that increasingly they are deciding not to go ahead.
