American Samoans to hold caucuses for US election, but won't vote come November

Voters in fourteen US states - and American Samoa - head to the polls tomorrow on what's known as Super Tuesday to vote for a Democratic presidential candidate.

American Samoans are able to vote in the primaries, but as they're not US citizens, they will be ineligible to vote in the presidential election in November.
