New Zealand are aiming for a rare test cricket win against India when the first test resumes at the Basin Reserve in Wellington today.
A solid batting effort left the Black Caps with a 183 run lead after the first innings and at stumps last night India was struggling at 144 for four, still 39 runs behind.
India are the top ranked test team in the world and came into the match as heavy favourites.
