A Spitfire will be heard in Auckland today as New Zealand farewells a Spitfire pilot from the Second World War Two.
Jim Robinson, who has died aged 99, was the last of four New Zealand members of RAF Squadron 81.
Squadron 81 spent most of the war operating as a fighter squadron, serving in Russia, Britain, North Africa, Malta, Sicily, Italy and India.
