An apparent family violence incident in Brisbane has resulted in the deaths of three children under 10, their mother and their father.
It's alleged Rowan Baxter, a former New Zealand Warriors player, set alight a car carrying himself, his former wife Hannah Baxter and their three children.
A neighbour told the ABC that everyone is devastated by what has happened.
