Poverty advocates criticise infrastructure spend

An anti-poverty campaigner says the government's big infrastructure spend-up prioritises roading projects over the wellbeing of low-income families.

Auckland Action Against Poverty is calling on the Government to inject more cash into health clinics in low-income neighbourhoods, build more state homes, and make houses more energy efficient.
