The family of a Taranaki teenager killed in a head-on smash with a driver of a ute - who took more than a year to admit responsibility for the crash - say they are satisfied that he is now remorseful.
Described as career criminal at a previous appearance, Kevin Ronald Bishell, will be sentenced in the New Plymouth District Court this morning.
