Zero Carbon Bill passes unanimously in final reading

The Zero Carbon Bill, which will shape how the country prepares and adapts to climate change, has passed through its final reading in Parliament with unanimous support.

But whether it will survive in its current form will depend on the next election.

National supported the bill, but the party vows to make changes if voted into Government next year.
