US prosecutors have charged two former employees of the social media platform, Twitter with spying for Saudi Arabia.
They are accused of exploiting their access to Twitter's internal systems to gather personal data of users who criticised the Saudi government and royal family.
It's thought to be the first time that Saudi citizens have been charged with spying inside the United States.
