Refugee refused government job over family still in Middle East

A teenage refugee who was taken from New Zealand and married against her will has spoken out about her battle to be free of her abusive husband.

After putting herself through university while raising two children, she then found herself ineligible for a public service job in Wellington because she had extended family still living in the Middle East.
