A serving senior police officer has come forward to RNZ to back up anonymous claims that bullying in the police force is serious, endemic and happening now.
He completely rejects the Police Minister's assertion it's all in the past .
The officer is one or more than 120 sworn and non-sworn police employees RNZ has now talked to about bullying in the organisation.
